Our Process

  • Step 01

You've purchased a planner --congratulations for prioritizing your mental health! Start off by spending a few moments getting familiar with each section. Be sure to read the introductory pages or listen to the intro course before diving in.

  • Step 02

Find your favorite writing tool (our personal favorites are the Drehgriffel Nr. 1 Ballpoint Pen, the Pilot G-2 O5 or Muji Gel Ink Ballpoint Pen0.5mm). Fill in the identification page, date the monthly view pages, adding in any important dates and reminders for each month.

  • Step 03

After reflection, fill in the meaning/purpose, focus goals, and positive emotions, character strengths, and flow activity pages. Refer back to these pages for inspiration over the next 90 days.

  • Step 04

DIVE INTO THE DAILY SPREADS. Start on a Monday. On the {L} "left-brain" page, fill in the five core PERMA reminders for that day. Add in other tasks and any meetings/appointments on your schedule.

  • Step 05

The {R} "right-brain" page is yours to create! Use it to bullet-journal, create a customized habit tracker, free-form write, take notes throughout the day, or sketch/doodle. Use our signature book market ruler that is included with your purchase.

  • Step 06

Weekends are for relaxation and reflection. Use these spreads to brain dump for the week and capture thoughts for the week ahead.
